Responsibilities:

• Liaise with clients and frontline staff to ensure the smoothness of operations and follow up all aspects of projects
• Prepare quotations, project presentation materials, regular reports, service records etc.
• Deliver material and collect attendance record to and from sites
• Assist manager in other Ad-hoc tasks

Requirements:

• Form 5 or above
• At least 2 years experiences in administrative work or project coordination
• Possess of driving license #2 is a must
• Self-motivated, good interpersonal skill, able to work overtime and work under pressure
• Good command of written and spoken in Chinese & English
• Outdoor work is required often
• Work six days per week
• Immediate available is preferred
