Investment Manager, Private Equity

• Focus on Investment Sourcing, Investment Analysis across sectors, Valuations, Negotiation, Portfolio Management, Board Observer, M&A, Exits, LP Reporting etc.
• Conduct due diligence and assist with deal execution and transaction management; 
• Carry out portfolio company analysis including valuations and financial modelling; 
• Prepare materials for Investment Committee and other internal meetings; 
• Interact with external consultants and advisers as required regarding analysis; 
• Assist in deal structuring and negotiations.

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Business, Finance, Economics or equivalent 
• 5 years' experience in buyside private equity investment experience
• Superior quantitative skills and complex financial modeling capabilities
• Proven ability to manage complex projects under significant time pressure.
• Strong business acumen with experience in critically evaluating business and investment opportunities.
• Excellent business English and Mandarin

 Assistant Investment Manager, Private Equity (s)

Responsibilities:

•  Conduct financial / statistical / valuation analysis and build financial models;
• Assist in due-diligence process and prepare formal documentation to support recommendations;
• Assist in gathering industry / company related data and putting together in presentation / proposal
• Assist in the presentation of investment information;
• Assist in any ad-hoc mattes as required for the team.

 Requirements:

• At least 3 years of work experience in M&A Transaction Services/Private Equity/Corporate Finance/equity research etc.
• Solid understanding of financial modelling and in-depth financial analysis, with good research capabilities;
• Good writing and communication skills, team player and self-driven;
• Fluent in Mandarin and English.
