Job Description
The Client
Our client is a leading MNC in chemical and agricultural sector. They have 4 billion USD annual turnover and has great business presence in APAC Region. Due to continuous business growth, they are looking for a high caliber Regional Tax Manager.
The Role
Reporting to the APAC Regional Senior Tax Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Hong Kong Corporate Tax
- U.S. GAAP Tax Accounting and Provision (ASC740)
- Tax Compliance
- Transfer Pricing
- Tax Planning
- Tax Audit Support
The Candidate
- Bachelor degree in Accounting orrelated field, with CPA qualification.
- 5+ years of relevant experience in Big4 public accounting and industry with a medium/large U.S.multinational.
- Solid knowledge and experience in Hong KongCorporate Tax or with Regional Tax Exposure is aplus.
- Fluency in English (oral and written) is required.
- Ability to communicate complex issues to businesspartners and to make recommendations.
- Willing to travel to foreign locations.
