Jobs duties:

• Handle full set of accounts and daily operation
• Handle retail shop cash receipts and reconciliation of accounts with clients and vendors
• Handle general administration and human resources works, e.g. payroll and filing
• Handle the different kind of daily reports, e.g. sales reports and cashflow 
• To work closely with internal and external parties in Hong Kong and China
• Assist stock take periodically
• To assist in ad hoc projects upon request;

Requirements

• Diploma / Degree in Accounting or related disciplines
• A minimum of 3 years' relevant working experience in trading or retail is must
• Self-motivated, responsible, hardworking and able to work under pressure with tight timeline
• A good team player and fast learner
• Proficiency in Microsoft office and other computer systems e.g. intranet and HR systems
• Experience in implementation of ERP and POS systems
