Responsibilities:

• Manage a small accounting team to conduct financial management in Hong Kong and China
• Interlace with necessary parties to submit financial and tax reports for both Hong Kong and PRC government bodies
• Prepare and review monthly financial statements and analytical reports such as cash flow planning, budget planning and tracking, cost accounting, inventory aging reports
• Review and optimize the internal control policies of the company operations to improve operational effectiveness
• Station in Dongguan Factory for 5 days per week

Requirements:

• Highly motivated and show initiative to constantly improve operational effectiveness
• Strong analytical skills required to analyze financial issues and improve financial analytics
• Bachelor Degree in Accounting (HKICPA/ACCA membership preferred)
• At least 8 years of accounting experience in manufacturing in which at least 5 years in managerial level
• Strong understanding in both HKG/PRC accounting standards, tax, customs, and legal issues
• Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin and English
• Advanced skills in MS Excel
• Experience in ERP system
