Job Description
Responsibilities
Assisting supervisors in delivering various corporate treasury responsibilities including:
- Involve in project loan / financing arrangements for PRC companies, including terms negotiation with banks, legal documentation, loan drawdown and on-going loan compliance
- Coordinate with PRC subsidiaries in arranging bank account opening /closing cash pooling, deposit placement, foreign exchange, fund transfers and intercompany loans etc.
- Review and analyze cash flow position and ensure sufficient funds are available to meet on-going capital and operational requirements
- Assist supervisor to liaise with internal departments, subsidiaries, auditors, and other third party professionals in carrying out different treasury functions
- Evaluate treasury products/proposals and give recommendation for management consideration
Requirements
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, Banking or related discipline
- At least 5 years treasury experience with sizable company and assume supervisory role for a minimum of 2 years
- Familiarity with legal documentations related to bank loan arrangements
- PRC working exposure is definitely an added advantage
- Self-motivated staff with excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
- Fluency in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Putonghua and Cantonese)
- Less experience will be considered as Assistant Manager
