Job Description
Responsibilities:

Conduct regular training, coaching and development with frontline staff

Contribute to adaptation and production of training materials
-
Support training logistics and administrative needs
-
Work closely with other teams to support business strategy and maximize sales opportunities
Requirements:
-
Degree holder
-
Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in retail industry with experience in training across Asia Pacific
-
Candidate with front-line experience would be a plus
-
Team player, good communication skills and able to work independently

Strong command of oral and written English and Mandarin
-
Frequent travel is required

Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Regional Manager, Learning & Development, Travel Retail
