Reporting to the Accounting & Finance Manager, your main responsibilities will be to:

• Handle daily operation of Accounts Payable, monthly bank reconciliation and reimbursement on travelling claims
  
  
• Assist in preparing quarterly consolidation reports and audit schedules
  
  
• Assist in providing clerical support, such as filing, etc.
  
  
• Provide back up to AR role (i.e. cash collection) and other ad hoc duties as required

 
The successful candidate will:

• Be a Form 5 / DSE Graduate with LCCI Level 2 or above
  
  
• Have at least 2 years relevant working experience
  
  
• Have strong sense of responsibility, be willing to learn and work as a team player
  
  
• Be detail oriented and can work independently
  
  
• Have good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
  
  
• Be proficient in MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
  
  
• Experience in SAP will be an advantage
  
  
• Immediately available is highly preferred

*Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior Accounts Clerk.
