Work Schedule:

Part-time mode:  5 half days per week (preferable)

Full-time mode:  6-month renewable contract

Responsibilities:

• General accounting duties, including data entry and documents filing
• Provide office administrative support
• Assist in month end closing and preparation of reports
• Assist in ad-hoc projects/events
• Need outgoing works
  
  

Requirements:

• Form 5 or above with LCCI Intermediate level or above or equivalent together with the knowledge of using general office equipment
• Minimum 1 year relevant experience in using the computerized accounting system
• Attentive to details, well organized, efficiency, reliable and responsible
• Good computer literacy in MS Office 2010/2013 (i.e. Excel and Word) 
• Good command in both written and spoken English and Cantonese
• Ability to work independently and possess a strong sense of responsibility
• Pleasant personality as a team player
• Immediate available is preferable
