The successful candidate will be responsible for fund accounting and administration, including the preparation of month-end closing, financial reports and analysis, capital calls and cash flow forecast and provide support on ad hoc projects. You will also assist in the collection and analysis of financial information from portfolio companies and investment projects.

To qualify, individuals must possess:

• A university degree in accounting, business administration or a related discipline
• Minimum 3-4 years of relevant financial accounting, audit or commercial experience, preferably related to fund accounting and administration
• Knowledge of company secretarial matters an advantage
• Familiar with PC applications, preferably with experience in QuickBooks accounting system
• Independent, detail oriented, analytical, strong time management and interpersonal skills
• Team player with positive attitude, willing to learn and strive for continuous development
• Ability to handle ad hoc projects with tight deadlines
• Good written and spoken English and Putonghua
