With aggressive business expansion plan, a mainland private enterprise listed in Hong Kong, is seeking for a high calibre corporate development and investor relations professional to join as them. 

The objective of the role is to optimize company’s capital structure and further expand the business in overseas markets. Reporting to the CEO and working closely with management team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic corporate development plan; identifying, evaluating and participating in the decision of investment, financing and M&A projects. Another key focus of the role is to drive investor relations and investor communications plans, including conceptualize and prepare materials for financial reporting and investor conferences; cultivating and building strong relations with investors, analysts, media and key stakeholders. Working together with the CFO, you will involve in IR related activities like earnings call, investor and media tours, press conferences, roadshows and etc.  

The ideal candidate should be a degree holder in Finance & Accounting, MBA or a related discipline, with at least 10 years of experience in corporate planning, investor relations, investment communications and M&A transactions. Knowledge in consumer retail like apparel, footwear and/or sportswear is highly regarded. You are strategic, analytical, self-motivated, passionate, and with strong business acumen. Excellent interpersonal, presentation and communications skills. Fluency in spoken and written English and Chinese (including Mandarin) is mandatory. Frequent travel is required.
