Job Description:

  • Responsible for day to day financial and account functions
  • Handle daily accounting tasks including receivables, payables etc.
  • Prepare receipt, payment and journal vouchers, cheques and bank transfer and bank reconciliation
  • Prepare monthly financial statement and cash management
  • Handle ad-hoc assignment as required

 

Requirements:

  • HKDSE or above and with LCC Higher or similar qualification
  • At least 2 year experience in accounting
  • Experienced in handling accounting system MYOB is preferable
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word
  • Good communication skill in English and Chinese
  • Strong sense of responsibility, high accuracy, well-organized, hard working and under pressure
  • Immediate available is highly desired
  • More experience will be consider as Account Assistant
