Responsibilities:

• Assist Manager in managing portfolios of company properties;
• To coordinate with consultants and contractors for the execution of the project within the time frame and up to the preset quality standard;
• To manage and coordinate renovation and relocation projects;
• To manage and coordinate the operation of property including its maintenance, security and facilities;
• Perform properties, licensing, insurance, and legal matters related to properties.

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in Property Management, Building or related disciplines;
• Minimum 4 years working experience in property management;
• Strong working experience in renovation projects;
• Excellent negotiation, communication and analytical skills with strong market and business acumen;
• Experience in property investment analysis is an advantage;
• Strong sense of responsibility, well-organized, able to work under pressure and independently;
• Well-versed in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing;
• High proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese, Putonghua is an advantage;
• Less experience will be considered as Assistant Property Manager.
