Job Descriptions

• Manage a small team, oversees finance, accounting and logistics & supply chain teams
• Implement the internal control procedures and processes
• Review and manage retail finance closing, reconciliation with DS operators
• Assist in AR management and credit assessment on Warehouse customers
• Monitor purchase orders on stock merchandise and other expenditures
• Involve in Stock management with DSP and OTB
• In-charge of month-end closing, control of prepayment and accrual, AR recoverability
• Prepare the annual and periodic Financial budget, Forecast, Cash flow forecast
• Responsible for the Financial analysis, business plans, control and Opex review
• Provide annual audit, internal audit and tax compliance
• Assist in ad hoc project and liaising with all relevant parties

Requirements

• Degree holder or above in Finance, Accounting and other related disciplines
• Minimum 5-7 years of relevant accounting experience with at least 3 years managerial level
• Retail Financial Accounting experience is an advantage 
• Good business acumen and strong analytical and problem-solving skills with sound financial judgment
• Proactive and being a good team player, able to work independently
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Well-versed in MS Office applications
