Job Title:  Finance Executive

Job Description:

Come join the exciting world of inflight entertainment as our Finance Executive to provide all around support to the Finance Controller on all finance and accounting duties.

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle full sets of accounting, ensure all accounting transactions are recorded timely and accurately, and ensure accounting records are kept properly.
• Assist in preparation of financial analysis
• Prepare payment vouchers and ensures completeness of all supporting documents
• Prepare monthly invoices / receivable account statements and follow up the outstanding payments from customers
• Assist in month end and year end closing including bank reconciliation and aging of accounts
• Coordinate with other departments and business units on accounting matters
• Assist in year-ended audit.
• Perform ad-hoc tasks and projects as required.

Requirements:

• High Diploma in Accountancy with LCC Higher or equivalent
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
• Knowledge in accounting software is an advantage
• Attention to detail, hardworking and able to meet tight deadlines
• Honest and good inter-personal skills
• Willing to learn, accurate, well-organized and able to work under pressure
• Good command in spoken and written Chinese (Mandarin) and English
• Fresh graduates will also be considered
• Immediately available is preferred
