Job Description: 

• Responsible for FP&A planning, reporting and analysis for Hong Kong and Macau
• Prepare annual budget, monthly rolling and forecasts and analysis with high level of accuracy
• Review and provide insightful recommendations on capital projects, designing sales and marketing promotions, events spending as well as budget exceptions
• Ensure properly approval per authorization matrix, follow company policies and generate return on investment
• Work with local departments to measure and assess post evaluation of investments
• Work closely with the local and regional FP&A, Finance, Sales and Metrics counterparts to support volume point growth
• Provide recommendation to improve profitability and member’s experience in order to develop a “Cost Savings Culture”
• Undertake any ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisors from time to time

Requirements:

• Qualified accountant
• At least 5 years’ experiences in FP&A/ Finance with 2 years’ in supervisory level
• International FMCG experience is preferred
• Highly organized, self-motivated and responsible
• Strong result-orientated and hands-on
• Familiar with Hyperion Planning, Smart view and Business Intelligence Tools
• Strong in excel, power-point and reporting tools
• High proficiency in both spoken and written English
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Ability to interact effectively with all levels of staff, distributors and third parties
• Ability to adapt to a changing environment
• Ability to solve practical problems and carry out responsibilities under general supervision
• Immediate available is highly preferred
