Responsibilities

• Responsible for month-end/ year-end closing, reporting and financial analysis for management review;
• Responsible for consolidation and group companies management reporting;
• Assist in budgets and cash flow analysis for management presentation;
• Retrieve data from multiple sources and compiling for reporting purposes;
• Assist in company secretarial matters for the listed group;
• Liaison with other group, companies in PRC for accounting and taxation matters;
• Prepare ad-hoc assignments and analysis to facilitate management’s decision making;
• Coordinate ERP implementation and develop effective internal control system.

Requirement

• Qualified accountant, degree holder of Accounting discipline or equivalent;
• Minimum 3-6 years of relevant accounting/ audit experience;
• Previous experience in Big 4 is an advantage;
• Familiar with Hong Kong and PRC accounting practice and taxation requirement in particular of HK/PRC cross-broader tax arrangement is an advantage;
• Knowledge of listing rules and compliance rules and regulations;
• Excellent in excel spreadsheet for analytical purposes;
• Good sense of internal control and with strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills;
• Well –organized and self-motivated, willing to work independently and under pressure;
• Willing to travel to PRC;
• Previous experience in architectural , construction or other man-power based professional industry will be given priority.
