The Role:

• Prepare monthly sales reporting for businesses in the group
• Prepare monthly sales & margin reconciliation as well as service related analysis
• Provides financial management reporting to the monthly management meetings held with senior management driven by the highest level of data accuracy and an endless desire for quality
• Compliance reporting and update to global team in Europe within a timely and accurate manner for the group.
• Presentation of a pack and sales performance and also dashboard management of the performance.
• Prepare Quarterly, half-yearly and yearly reviews, forecasting findings, forecasting and also modelling analysis to budgeting for the management team.
• Supports all aspects the planning process to deliver a focussed budget and up-to-date forecasts for the group along with strategic coordination and roll-out of tasks across ALL Business Units.
• Innovate in suggesting and developing new report indicators and reporting to lead the senior management into operational decision excellence.
• Review the ledger entries to work successfully with other Accounting counter-parts in analyzing and reporting of findings.

Requirements:

• Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Finance or professional accountancy with solid academics
• Highly prefer CPA , CA accounting professional qualification.
• 5+ years of proven relevant experience in forecasting, budgeting, management reporting within a sizable services or reputable industry (retail, manufacturing, consulting, electronics, etc.)
• Strong business acumen, resilient and highly independent personality.
• Coupled with strong communications in English and Chinese with an open team-focussed personality to face different Business Units to gain a valuable incite into their P&L performance etc.
• Strong IT skills in ERP, internal accounting software’s, Microsoft Office package.
