Job Description & Responsibilities

You will be joining our Financial Service Technology Consulting team to advise and help our  Financial Service clients on:

• IT strategy planning, or
• Enterprise Architecture design or Enterprise Risk Management
• IT system design/implementation, or

You will be working hands in hands with Senior Managers and Consulting Directors in managing the project delivery, coaching the project members, managing high level communication with clients, researching on the new market trends and developing new consulting products or services.  


Reporting structure & key relationships

Reporting to: Managers  or above


Requirements

• 3+ Years of practical experience in IT consulting, focus on system design/implementation or IT strategy planning or Enterprise Architecture design;
• Experience in Actuarial, Process improvement & organisational design;
• Experience in Insurance industry within operations, finance, or IT departments;
• Experience with ERP, consolidation or analytical tools such as Hyperion (e.g. HP, HFM etc.), SAP BPC, Oracle Financials;
• Experience in emerging technology such as mobile, AI, block chain and big data;
• Excellent communication skill and presentation skills;
• Ability to deal with high level senior management as well as technical, operational level staff;
• Clear record of good project management or team leader capability; and
• Fluent English and Chinese, written and spoken.
