Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Network coordination of the TBWA Infiniti regional hubs and other TBWA offices engaged on the business on digital projects.
  • Day-to-day management of assigned digital projects in relation to brand, model launches from conceptualisation through to production.
  • Work closely with the ILAS Brand Team to deliver integrated campaigns for brand and model launches.
  • Manage budget and be accountable for projects.
  • Support the Global Business Director, Senior Account Director, Strategic Planning Director.

 

Job Functions

Individual Creative Output:

  • Control creative output, schedules, cost estimates and financial control of production processes.
  • Improve cost effectiveness.
  • Take responsibility for managing internal and client status meetings.
  • Ensure appropriate sign-offs on all required project documents (e.g. purchase orders/copy).
  • Ensure understanding of the effect of a job on the client’s bottom line (ROI)
  • Ensure understanding of the relevant client contract and relevant legal/regulatory guidelines.
  • Control information gathered about the client through accurate contact reporting and clear project documentation on costs, copy and artwork instructions.
  • Ensure client and agency are kept up-to-date with any developments on the account via attendance at relevant meetings.
  • Ensure successful delivery of all client briefs, on time and within budget.
  • Ensure delivery of exceptional creative solutions.

 

Client Relationship Development:

  • Have a clear understanding of the client’s operational requirements and to deliver briefs to agreed plans.
  • Proactively provide updated information regarding status of work, campaign performance, while managing the client’s expectations.
  • Provide clients with full access to the range of services that are available within TBWA Group.
  • Raise, develop and exploit opportunities for business development.

 

Collaboration:

  • Work closely with the Digital Planning and Creative team to ensure the above by prioritising, delegating and managing each of the projects in hand and reviews.

 

Core expectations:

  • Set objectives, provide feedback and manage reviews.
  • Coach and mentor as relevant in order to develop the skills and talent that exists within the agency.
  • Create clear development plans for yourself and support the development of the team’s skill pool.
  • Excellent command of English and Chinese (written and spoken) is required.
