Job Responsibilities:

• Lead and execute a wide range of corporate finance transactions, including IPO, M&A, takeovers, Listing Rules and Takeovers Code's related transaction
• Manage and supervise the team and fully participate in the due diligence and execution processes
• Coordinate and communicate with clients, professional parties and regulators

Job Requirements:

• Degree holder in Accounting/Finance/Law/Business Administration is preferred
• Possess professional qualification (i.e. LLB, CPA, CFA) is an advantage
• Current holder of SFC Type 6 RO/ representative license, candidates who are qualified to be/ are currently Principals is a plus
• At least 5 years solid corporate finance experience in handling IPO transactions/financial advisory transactions
• Excellent knowledge in  Hong Kong Listing Rules and Takeovers Code
• Proven track record of handling IPO and financial advisory deals
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese and fluency in Putonghua
• Analytical,self-motivated, independent, good supervisory skill with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Occasional travel is required
