Responsible Officer (SFC Type 4&9) &

Accounting Officer / Assistant Accountant / Accountant/Company Secretarial (Corporate Service)

 Responsibilities:

• Act as Responsible Officer with management responsibilities and duties to supervise SFC regulated activities of the firm;
• Perform routine compliance and review to ensure that all business activities are complying with SFC rules and regulations;
• Assist in all private fund projects, including fund structure set up, sales & marketing, product development;
• Monitor business and financial performance against the plans and ensure regular reporting;
• Manage discretionary accounts and funds, assist in formulating investment strategy;
• Collaborate with related internal and external stakeholders on related activities.

Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma/Higher diploma in finance & accountancy or above
• ACCA/HKICPA qualified/student member or equivalent
• Knowledge of audit and/or corporate services is an ADVANTAGE
• Able to work independent, under pressure, meet tightening deadline
• Hard working(with ambition) (with 1-2 year experenience is much preferred)
• Good command of spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin;
• Pleasant personality, positive working attitude and team player
