At this starting up stage, please find below the job scope and experience required for the below vacancies:-

Job scope:

• Supervise daily operations of corporate governance and financial reporting function
• Supervise preparation of statutory audited financial statements and tax reporting for group companies
• Liaison with the external professionals and government bodies to ensure compliance of the company's HK listing requirements and tax regulations
• Any other ad hoc assignments as required

Requirement:

• Degree holder in relevant discipline
• At least 4 years' relevant experience in corporate compliance or auditing experience in a listed environment
• Qualified member of HKICS or HKICPA as well as experience in audit firm will be an advantage
• Proficiency in MS Office and accounting software
• A hands-on, proactive, well-organized and detail oriented working charater
• Self-motivated, able to work independently and meet tight deadline
• Good command in both spoken and written English and Chinese.  Mandarin is an advantage

Reporting:

• Hong Kong Branch GM and also functional report to Group CFO
