We specialized in producing handbags, accessories and sundries like electronics and travel products. We have been running long term business with Retailers and Distributors mainly in Europe.

Accounting Description and Responsibilities

• Handle full set of account independently
• Prepare financial statements, aging report, management reports and regulatory reports independently in a timely manner
• Checking, posting, inputting accounting daily transaction & Ad hoc assignment (AP, AR, GL)
• Responsible for the month-end process + year-end closing & relevant analysis, budget and forecast and report to the Management
• Arrange documents with bank for financial support
• Liaise with auditor and follow up the audit issues

Shipping Description and Responsibilities

• Capable to handle full set of import, export, shipping and customs declaration documents including the use of Tradelink and logistics e-booking systems.
• Able to independently work, communicate and coordinate with co-workers, customers and vendors

Other Responsibilities

• Ad hoc assignments as required like administration work and secretary work
• Report to a Foreigner Boss directly

Job Requirements

• 8 years of relevant experience & at least 5 years’ experience in keeping full set of accounts of Trading company preferable
• Diploma or above with LCC&I Higher or equivalent qualification
• Well versed with MS office and other accounting software like Dynamic
• Sound knowledge of HK accounting practices, regulatory and taxation
• Strong financial reporting and consolidation experience
• Good command of written and spoken in English, Putonghua and Cantonese
• Can work independent and under pressure, responsible and hard working
