Job Scope:

• Tasked with the mission from planning, conducting gap analysis, implementation, on-going review/enhancement of processes/changes and training to cater for the HKMA, SFC, MAS regulatory and business requirements across FTB Offices
• Act as the internal consultant/project lead to drive/consult senior management, line of business and headquarters to internal stakeholders on business & system solutions
• Assessment/evaluation of 3rd party vendor solutions and requirements

Requirements:

• Well qualified graduate in business, finance or accounting 
• 4years+/- Change, PMO and project/business management related experience earned from int’l private bank or financial institutions
• Understanding of private banking and related regulatory requirements is a definite advantage
• Strong business acumen with proactive personality, excellent analytical, problem solving and interpersonal skills to work independently with internal stakeholders across the region
• Prior change/project and business management experience is highly critical
• Knowledge of multi-asset classes of investment product is preferred
• IT Savvy with strong proficiency in Excel and Powerpoint (VBA is highly desirable)
