We are a small-medium manufacturing business with our offices in Hong Kong. We are looking for an accountant to handle all of our company's accounts.

You will:

• Handle full-set of accounts and month-end financial reporting, including preparation of monthly financial statements, reports and schedules
• Maintain fixed assets register. Track all sales and purchases and entry of all invoices
• Manage invoice issuing, cash and bank receipts, issuing salary cheques, handling MPF payments, payment of invoices and expenses claims and perform bank reconciliation
• Prepare all documents and forms for CA to review for annual audit and internal control reviews,
• Be responsible for any other ad-hoc assignments as and when required

You should have/be:

• Degree in Accounting, Finance or other related disciplines with CPA qualification preferred
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in company accounting, preferably with a trading or manufacturing company in Hong Kong.
• Experience in handling accounts receivables and accounts payables
• A good team player, independent, self-motivated, flexible, detail-oriented, capable of working under pressure to meet tight deadlines
• Good planning and problem-solving skills
• Well versed in MS Excel and Word
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Experience with TALLY accounting software preferred
