Job Description
Responsibilities
- Handle fully bookkeeping and ensure a proper document filling
- Prepare monthly financial reports and analysis
- Work closely with sales and purchase team to ensure payments are done/received on time
- Support actively the Payroll and Human Resources process
- Assist internal and external audit
- Manage the reception area (Company phone calls and mails/parcels)
- Ensure the office has an optimal level of stationery and maintain good relations with suppliers
- Assist in ad-hoc projects as required by the Finance Controller
- Undertake any other duties assigned
Qualification
- Degree holder in office administration management / accounting discipline are preferred. Non-Degree holders might be considered depending on experience
- At least 2 years’ experience in Accounting
- Knowledge of Hong Kong labour law and Employees Visa Applications
- Have an experience with ERP (Netsuite is an advantage) and proficient MS Office skills is required
- Fluent English (French and Cantonese skills would also be ideal)
- Have strong detail-oriented organizational, multi-tasking and time management skills
- Dynamic and outgoing person who enjoy working with others in an international environment
- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Have ability to work independently and be self-motivated while still working within a team environment
- Immediately Available is highly preferable
