Responsibilities:

• Perform general accounting functions such as preparing payments & receipt vouchers, account payables and receivables, payments, reimbursement etc.
• Update bank book and prepare bank reconciliation
• Assist in preparing and proofing annual / interim reports, announcements and circulars for the listed company
• Responsible for general company secretarial and corporate matters
• Maintain and update company secretarial records and register
• Other job-related duties as assigned
  
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree holder in Accounting or related disciplines
• At least 1 year company secretarial experience in listed companies
• Good knowledge in Companies Ordinance, with knowledge of Listing Rules is an advantage
• Strong sense of responsibility, self-initiative, good team player and able to work under pressure
• Good PC skills & Chinese word processing
• Excellent command of verbal and written English and Putonghua
