Job description:

• Participate in month end and year end closing
• Prepare, coordinate and participate in annual and interim report publication
• Handle full spectrum of financial accounting, including consolidation
• Assist in preparing various financial reports of PRC entity, accounting schedules, cash flow forecast and annual budgeting
• Liaise with external auditors and professionals
• Involve in ad hoc assignments 

Qualification:

• Degree holder in Accounting or Finance with professional accountancy qualification such as HKICPA / ACCA or equivalent is preferred
• At least 5 years relevant working experience, preferable in listed company or audit firm
• In-depth knowledge in compliance regulations e.g. Accounting Standards, Tax
• Proficiency in computer skill, knowledge in SAP/Cognos is preferred
• Detailed mind, responsible and able to work under tight deadlines
• Good command in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Occasional travel to PRC
• Candidates with more experience will be considered as Assistant Accounting Manager
