The Job:

To grow the existing global CC&O (Call Center and Office business) Distribution and Consumer Audio Retail Channel businesses, as well as to identify and capture new business opportunities. The candidate MUST be able to independently (1) establish new sales account or channels, (2) expand business volume from existing customers (3) strengthen business relationship with our existing regional partners.

Candidate will be responsible for devising marketing strategies, achieving sales goals, soliciting new distribution channels, carrying out sales and marketing activities including exhibitions, sales presentation, preparing business plans, partnership negotiation & ultimately to close business contracts.

This position offers extra sales incentive on top of basic salary. 

The Person:

• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal is a MUST.
• Degree holder in Business or IT related disciplines.
• At least 5 years sales / business development experience in electronics industry.
• Solid experience of handling global distribution channel, competent in establishing and maintaining customer relationship.
• Capable of maintaining distribution system in terms of order processing and inventory control.
• Experience in handling ODM/OEM project is an advantage.
• Strong account and project management skills and experience.
• Knowledge or experience in Call Center & Office business is a plus.
• Teamwork oriented with effective presentation skill.
• Fluency in English, Putonghua; high proficiency in written English.
• Assertive, Responsible and Agressive in getting new business.
• Able to work independently under pressure.
