Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Handle basic book-keeping functions, such as bookkeeping, cheques deposit and payment
- Assist in financial and management reporting
- Provide full range of secretarial and administrative support
- Perform office administration services independently
- Greet visitors at reception counter
- Maintain filing and database systems
- Assist in business projects and ad hoc assignments
Requirements:
- Diploma or above in Accounting, other candidates have basic Accounting knowledge are welcomed
- Good command in English and Cantonese
- Proficiency in MS Office Word, Excel and English word processing
- Responsible, detail-minded, hardworking, able to work under pressure and able to work independently
- For part-time applicant, working time 20 hours per week is preferred
- Immediate available
