Responsibilities:

• Handle basic book-keeping functions, such as bookkeeping, cheques deposit and payment
• Assist in financial and management reporting
• Provide full range of secretarial and administrative support
• Perform office administration services independently
• Greet visitors at reception counter
• Maintain filing and database systems
• Assist in business projects and ad hoc assignments

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Accounting, other candidates have basic Accounting knowledge are welcomed
• Good command in English and Cantonese
• Proficiency in MS Office Word, Excel and English word processing
• Responsible, detail-minded, hardworking, able to work under pressure and able to work independently
• For part-time applicant, working time 20 hours per week is preferred
• Immediate available
