About the ROLE

• Take charge as a business partner to various business departments, including finance team, sales & marketing team, logistics and supply chain team, operations and production team, to provide valuable insights for business decision making or impact
  
• Oversee all business unit's financial analysis, P&L, monthly/annual forecasting and budgeting
  
• Perform variance analysis for forecast vs budgets for all business units in Hong Kong and work closely with the finance associates based at the manufacturing plants
• Prepare monthly management reports to the board
  

What we look in YOU

• Degree in Accounting, Finance or related disciplines
  
• A recognised professional accountancy qualification (HKICPA, CPA, ACCA, ICAEW etc.)
• Minimum 6 years of experience in Accounting related fields in sizable organization and at least 3 years in supervisory or managerial level
• Audit/Advisory experience in a Big4 professional accounting firm with focus in the industrial and manufacturing industry is a valuable asset
• Proficient in MS Office application and knowledge in using ERP system
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
