The Company

Our client is a Hong Kong mainboard listed corporation with great reputation in the food & beverage industry. It is looking for an experienced candidate with strong exposure in investor relations management to join their holding company in Hong Kong.

The Role

You will be responsible for

• Develop, propose and implement the Investor Relations strategies program
• Responsible for the day-to-day interactions with investors and analysts
• Liaise closely with internal and external parties to prepare press release, annual report, presentations, script and Q&A for meetings with analysts, investors and reporters
• Coordinate the road shows and visits
• Keep abreast of peer companies’ disclosures and market updates   
• Support the Company Secretary’s work if needed
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned

The Candidate

The successful candidate must meet the below requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Finance or related disciplines,
• Minimum 4 years’ related experience in security, financial services or investor relations;
• Comprehensive knowledge in capital markets with strong presentation skills;
• Independent, multiple tasking, detail-minded and ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines;
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Immediate available is highly preferred.
