Responsibilities

• Direct report to Group CFO
• Lead an Accounting team and Monitoring accounting and finance matters as Manufacturing Factory in China.
• Supervise the daily banking ’s vouchers, payments’ requisition, receivable collections, cash flow forecast and monthly reconciliations
• Consolidate the group financial and management reports (including each year interim and annual reports) on timely basis;
• Review and improve the costing, accounting systems of the Group
• Set up internal control procedures align with company mission
• Work with other team leaders to cope with the changes in group’s strategy, business operations, ERP systems and market requirements
• Factory cost budget control and analysis report
• Responsible for accounting functions of various companies operating in HK/CN (including payments, receipts, financial reporting & analysis, tax computation and related matters);
• prepare monthly sales reports and statement, reconciliation of inter-company accounts, assist in month-end closing and maintain accounts schedules.
• Update Management on accounting standards and tax regulations.
• Assist to perform office administration works.
• provide detailed analysis and make recommendations to the management
• Review and monitor internal control system to ensure compliance of the corporate policies.
  
  

Requirements

• University graduate in Accounting;
• Minimum 3 years hand on experience in consolidation and tax are essential;
• Minimum 3 years in Costing of Manufacturing Operation are essential;
• Familiar with Hong Kong and China audit rules, accounting standards and tax regulations are essential;
• High proficiency in Excel, Word and Power Point;
• Self-driven and with strong interpersonal, problem solving, analytical and people management skills;
• Excellent communication skills in written and verbal Chinese, Mandarinare and English is essential
• Previous working experience in Manufacturing industry would be an advantage
• Station Factory in Guangdong area
