JOB DESCRIPTION 

• Prepare monthly management reports and financial analysis to management team and board of directors
• Prepare and update budgets, cash flows forecasts and profit forecasts
• Ensure accurate compilation, analysis and reporting of inventory and accounting data
• Conduct market research, analysis and review marketing situation, competitors' situation and industry trends
• Providing sales support in product planning
• Review and Propose comments on projects agreements
• In charge of internal compliance audit activities and related matters that including review policies and procedures, accounting manuals and internal control questioner
• Follow up of timeliness of POs / replenishment
• Resolve short term supply issues and identify and resolve any supply constraint to meet the long term demand requirement
• Handle ad-hoc assignments

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Degree holder in Accountancy
• At least 5 years related working experience in retail industry is a must
• Experience in audit or sizeable organization in PRC and Taiwan is preferable
• Able to work under pressure with tight timelines
• Proactive and attentive to details
• Good command in written and spoken Chinese, English, and Mandarin
• Good computer skills in MS Office especially Excel application
• Good at Chinese Input
• Willing to travel
• Immediate available is highly preferred
