Job Description

Our Client
Our client is an internationally renowned retailer, currently going through rapid expansion in Hong Kong with multiple new locations opening. Due to increased growth they are urgently looking to appoint an Assistant Manager Treasury. Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will be responsible for managing the cash flow of the business which includes performing day to day treasury activities, processing and monitoring payments and resolving cash transaction discrepancies. Candidates with Credit Card transaction management knowledge highly preferred.

Job Description

  • Process and monitor payments - Credit card transaction management
  • Experience dealing with major credit card vendors, transaction time frames and forecasting
  • Assist in preparing cheques as and when required
  • Manage petty cash/ cash vouchers disbursements
  • Documentation of all cash transaction activities into SAP, maintain all financial records, registers and logs
  • Inspect, investigate and resolve any discrepancies in cash transactions
  • Prepare bank account reconciliation
  • Prepare cash report on a daily basis
  • Assist in preparing and monitoring cash flow forecast and other treasury activities
  • Assist with month-end closing.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 3-4 years of related work experience, preferably in retail/travel retail industry
  • Minimum Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent
  • Proficient in MS Excel, and candidate with SAP knowledge is a plus point
  • Good time management skill
  • Good interpersonal & communication skills
