Responsibilities:

• Directly report to Chairman;
• Maintain full set of accounts and consolidation of accounts;
• Handle up-to-date monthly financial statements of the group for management review;
• Organize and prepare annual budget and monthly cash flow forecast;
• Responsible for month-end closing, financial reporting and monthly management reports;
• Ensure compliance of accounting, legal, statutory and corporate governance requirements;
• Prepare tax computations in accordance with corporate and local statutory requirements;
• Liaise with auditors, bankers and group companies regarding with statutory and regulatory requirements;
• Assist in any ad-hoc assignments from management.

Requirements: 

• Degree in Accounting or related disciplines;
• Qualified Accountant or finalist of ACCA/ HKICPA is preferred;
• At least 10 years' related working experience with at least 3 years' in managerial grade;
• Solid experience in handling Accounting & Taxation;
• Able to work independently, strong sense of responsibility and strong problem solving;
• Strong time management, mature and flexible;
• Fluent in written and spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese;
• Immediate available is preferable.
