Responsibilities:

• Provide technical solutions to new airport infrastructure works during the design stage to ensure all future maintenance requirements have been taken into accounts
• Coordinate with both internal and external parties to manage new infrastructure works in the airport, and to ensure the works can be conducted in a safe and efficient manner with minimal impact on daily airport operations
• Identify design and construction issues and liaise with maintenance and operation teams to provide effective solutions
• Manage the refurbishment, alteration and improvement projects to ensure timely delivery of the projects
• Plan, manage, direct and control the effective resources deployment of in-house team, consultants and works contractors

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Civil, Structural Engineering or other related disciplines
• Corporate Member of Hong Kong Institution of Engineers (civil or structural discipline) or other equivalent institutions
• Minimum of 8 years’ relevant working experience in design, contract management and site supervision of buildings or infrastructure projects. Hands on experience in airport infrastructure works and computer software "Infoworks" is an advantage
• Proactive, motivated, detail-oriented with good interpersonal and communication skills
• Able to work under pressure
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.  Knowledge of Putonghua is an advantage
