Responsibilities:

Handle daily accounting operation, financial accounting and book-keeping; 

Handle full set of accounts including month-end closing, invoicing AR/AP, bank reconciliation, etc.

Prepare financial statement and conduct monthly/yearly reports, assist in budgeting and forecasting reports, candidates familiar with the use of NC system and SASAC system will be an add advantage;

Analyzes financial data and prepares reports;

Communicate with banks on loans, bank transferring and other related work;

Liaise with the group company and subsidiary to manage financing related matters;

Prepare the tax return of the company;

Perform ad hoc duties as required.

Requirements:

Higher diploma/degree holder in accounting;

Candidate with working experience is preferred.Fresh graduate will also be considered;

Good command of both written and spoken Mandarin & English;

Familiar with the Mainland accounting standards and related financial, tax system;

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and bookkeeping system;

Hold LCCI’s level 2 certificate is an added advantage;

Self-motivated ,with strong sense of responsibility and able to work independently;

Stable and able to work under pressure.

職責：1、負責日常會計處理、賬務核算，記賬；2、負責公司資金運轉，報銷、派發工資等；3、負責編制各類月度、年度會計報表，參與預算編制與財務決算，熟悉國資委企業報表系統及NC系統者優先；4、財務數據分析，撰寫分析報告。5、負責公司融資信貸管理與分析； 負責協調集團總部與公司下屬企業的財務管理工作； 負責公司稅務申報；8、公司交辦的其他部門間協助工作等。

任職要求 :財務、會計專業专上教育或以上學歷; 有相关工作經驗者优先，应届毕业生亦可; 良好普通話; 良好英語; 流畅中文与英文读写；熟悉中国内地会计准则；熟悉日常办公软件及记账系统；持有LCCI中級証書者优先；做事積極獨立認真,細心有責任感,能在壓力下工作。
