Job Responsibilities:

• Handle full set of accounts, financial and management reports for the company in a timely basis
• Handle company secretary records and tax filing documents independently
• Contribute to the effectiveness of accounting information system
• Assist in developing and formulating effective accounting policies and internal control procedures
• Prepare consolidated accounts to meet tight reporting deadline
• Monitor cash flow and daily investment records
• Liaise with bankers, company secretary and auditors
• Assist in different ad hoc projects as requested

 Job Requirements:

• CPA / Degree in Accounting or related discipline
• Minimum 8-10 years of accounting experience
• Excellent English, Cantonese and Mandarin communication skills
• Excellent analytic and interpersonal skills, self-motivated, proven multi-tasking ability and integrity
• Ability to work under pressure and a strong sense of commitment
• Financial competent, Meticulous in details, Systematic and organized
• Proficient in PC applications, especially Microsoft Excel
• Knowledge of Peachtree accounting system is an advantage
• Immediately available is preferred

Remuneration will commensurate with the experience of the right candidate.
