Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Account payable, invoice checking and input
- Assist in monthly book-keeping, prepare management reports, accounting schedules and financial analysis reports
- Handle bank deposits, cheques, general ledger postings and statements
- Maintain fixed assets register and perform bank reconciliation
- Participate in related financial and accounting projects as assigned
- Maintenance of staff personal record, working record and leave record
- Recruitment and Selection
- Research and review of HR policies
Qualifications:
- At least 6-10 years accounting experiences
- LCC higher or above
- Capable of handling full-set of account
- Strong senses of responsibility, communication skills, self-motivated, attention to details, analytical mind, independent and able to work under pressure.
- Sound PC skills – Word, Excel & Chinese Word processing
- Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Immediate available is preferred
