Job Description
Responsibilities:
-Lead a team of 2 members
-Responsible for daily settlements of local & overseas equities, bonds, structure products and funds, etc.
-Liaise with Taiwan head offices, front office, clients, brokers and custodians to resolve trade and settlement issues
-Deal with corporate actions / entitlements arising from clients' investment portfolios
-Assist to book trades adhere to internal policy and external regulations and to diligently analyze, investigate and action outstanding operational issues
-Stocks and portfolios reconciliation.
Requirements:
-Post-secondary educated
-At least 5 years of settlements experience in local & overseas equities, funds, bonds and structure notes, etc.
-Good command of written and spoken Mandarin, English & Cantonese
-Proficient in PC knowledge, including MS word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
