Our client is a property developer in China and listed in Singapore. They focus on high-end residential property in China.  As part of their continuous growth, an outstanding opportunity has arisen for a high calibre candidate to join their audit team.

Responsibilities:

• Execute and perform audit procedures including risk analysis and evaluation and assess the impact of control deficiencies
• Plan and execute the financial and operational audit function of the company in accordance with audit plan
• Monitor and lead the review, provide guidance to peers and ensure the audit objectives are properly achieved
• Ensure the smooth operation of Audit function in the company
• Participate in ad hoc projects as required

Requirements:

• Degree in Accounting or equivalent
• Qualified Accountant with at least 5 years of internal and / or external audit experience; preferably in Property sector
• Understanding of internal control concept and risk assessment practice
• Ability to work both independently and as a member of a team
• Strong communication skills in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Travel to PRC is required
