Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for full set of accounts and audit preparation
• Prepare monthly financial statements and supporting schedules
• Accurate and complete accounting records
• Deal with daily transactions
• Assisting with month end closing
• Validate invoices received, upload into finance system
• Create weekly - monthly payment run and staff payrolls
• Answer requests and queries from the business Monthly reconciliations (cash, bank, card payments)
• Administration for the Concur system
• Periodic reporting as necessary
• Support for the company secretarial work of the regional offices
• Assist in ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned
• Provide secretarial and administrative support, and coordinate with all departments and offices (including Shenzhen & Beijing) on administrative related issues

Job Requirements:

• University graduate with at least 1 year relevant working experience
• Bachelor Degree in Accounting or related disciplines
• Excellent in written & Spoken Cantonese, Mandarin and English
• Positive attitudes and behaviors in problem-solving
• Experience working in a customer focused environment is preferred
• Good IT skills and knowledge of key Microsoft packages (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• The ability to prioritize, meet deadlines and work under pressure.
• Flexibility and willingness to undertake and learn new tasks.
• Good team player.
