Job Duties:

• Liaise with multi-functions, act as a business partner to facilitate commercial decision making, deliver sustainably improved financial results
• Responsible for strategic financial planning, annual budgeting and forecasting process
• Prepare monthly management report and conduct variance analysis on profitability and expenditure
• Develop and deliver financial and operational reports, to enhance visibility in various dimension
• Provide finance support to the operation team in the Purchase-to-Pay process
• Establish inventory control system and perform inventory analysis
• Research and prepare analysis on market trend of the industry
• Prepare cost analysis, design and implement cost reduction projects
• Monitor departmental spends and exercise cost control.
• Also provide finance support to the other Cargo Services Group’s projects and business, as required
• Perform other ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned

Requirements:

• Degree in Finance or Accounting with recognized professional qualification
• Minimum 5 years relevant experience.
• Exposure from sourcing and trading industry would be an advantage
• Exposure from logistics industry or MNC would be an advantage
• Excellent communication skill with fluent written and spoken English and Mandarin
• Solid Microsoft Office skill
• Hardworking, analytical, self-motivated, result-oriented and Out-going personality
