We are an OEM electronics factory, we are now inviting highly motivated personnel for the position of Accounting Officer.

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations and ensure all accounting records are completed in a timely manner and to the highest accuracy.
• Arrange receipt and payment, document filing and bank reconciliation
• Preferably with experience in handle invoice financing and factoring, but not a must
• Occasional China trip is required if necessary
• Handle other ad hoc duties as required
• Full time or contract working hour will also consider

Requirements:

• Experience in ERP system and accounting software is preferred, but not a must
• Mature, independent, detail-minded, able to work under minimum supervision
• Immediate available or short notice is highly preferred
• Able to communicate in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
