JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Maintain detailed accounting record on loans receivable and prepare schedules for analysis 
• Manage day-to-day accounting operations and ensure all accounting records are completed in a timely manner and to the highest accuracy
• Handle full sets of accounts and prepare month end closing of the company and subsidiaries
• Prepare timely and accurate financial & management reports
• Assist day-to-day operation of the treasury functions and timely cash flow reports to management
• Ensure proper internal control in place by following company policy and procedures
• Assist in the implementation and testing of new accounting or loan system
• Other ad-hoc tasks as per supervisor and management required       

REQUIREMENT AND SKILLS

• Degree holder in Accounting and / or related discipline with relevant professional qualifications such as CPA/ACCA
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience, candidates with experience in similar industry highly preferred
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly in Excel and knowledge in Flex system preferred
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• High sense of responsibility, self-motivated, well-organized, and detail-minded
