Daily Duties:

• Handle daily accounting functions duties including monthly management accounts, full set of accounts and reconciliations
• Prepare daily & monthly FRR financial returns
• Prepare annual budgets and forecasts
• Prepare monthly management reports, cost analysis and other supporting analysis reports
• Review and enhance compliance framework on Type 1 regulated activities
• Ensure company policies, internal control procedures and manuals are up-to-date with regulatory requirements
• Handle licensing issues for individuals
• Perform transactions monitoring and AML measures
• Perform ad hoc assignments as required

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of securities firm experience or relevant financial institutions
• Solid experience in securities accounting, SFC Financial Resources Rules and Financial Returns,
• Good understanding of SFO and other relevant rules and regulations
• Strong PC knowledge MS Office, Excel and Chinese word-processing
