- Take place of receptionist duties whenever necessary
- Support general office administrative work as required
- Responsible for daily support of HR and Accounts Department
- Assist data input and simple accounting duties
- Provide general clerical support and perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the superior
- Form 7 or above with 2 years working experience
- At least 2 years working experience in accounting and office administration field will be an advantage
- Detail-minded, self-motivated and well organized
- Good command in both written and spoken Cantonese, English
- Proficient in computer operation, MS Office, and Chinese word processing
- Able to work independently
- Immediate available will be a definite advantage
