Responsibilities:

• Monitor accounts receivable closely and effectively
• Follow up with foreign client’s enquires and overdue invoices proactively  
• Perform credit analysis / assessment and process credit application from sales team
• Prepare debtors aging analysis, statements, reminders and credit control logs, etc.

Requirements:

• High Diploma or Associate Degree in Business Administration/Finance/ Accounting
• 3 – 4 years’ credit control experience
• Must be excellent in spoken English
• Self-motivated, responsible, organized, able to work independently and under pressure
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer-oriented with excellent telephone manner and servicing attitude
